PODS AT BARRHILL HOLIDAY PARK
Escape to Barrhill Holiday Park, a tranquil and picturesque destination located in the heart of South Ayrshire, Scotland. Surrounded by stunning natural beauty and just a short distance from the coastal town of Girvan, our caravan park is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether you’re looking for an outdoor adventure or a peaceful getaway, we have something for everyone.
Experience the great outdoors in style with one of our luxurious glamping pods, each equipped with its own private electric hot tub. Our 3 luxury pods (sleeps 3), 5 deluxe pods (sleeps 5), and 2 Stargazer pods (sleeps 6) offer all the comforts of home, including a TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, beds, mattresses, toilet and wash hand basin, heating, lighting, and sockets. Our deluxe pods are a metre longer and also have the added benefit of a shower. Please note that you will need to bring all your usual camping gear, including sleeping bags/duvet, pillows, cups, plates, cutlery, toilet roll, towels, and enough food for your stay.
Outdoor enthusiasts will love our location in the Galloway Forest, a designated “Dark Skies” area and international dark sky park. The forest is home to the famous 7 Stanes mountain biking tracks and offers endless opportunities for hiking, cycling, fishing, and stargazing. And if you’re looking for a more relaxing stay, our park features a picnic table and a fire pit – the perfect spot to roast marshmallows and take in the peaceful surroundings.
When it’s time to refuel, head to our communal kitchen facilities, the “Cook House,” which is a short distance from your pod. Here, you’ll find 2 gas hobs, a sink, and some cooking utensils, as well as tables and chairs where you can sit and enjoy a meal.
At Barrhill Holiday Park, we strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. Please be mindful of noise levels at all times and keep them to a minimum between the hours of 23:00pm – 08:00am. Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. We recommend bringing flip flops and sun cream and insect repellent, as well as any other items you may need to make the most of your stay. We look forward to welcoming you to Barrhill Holiday Park.
